Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each class?
Each class is 50 minutes. The last 10 minutes are used for safe transitions between classes.
Is a uniform required?
Yes. All students must wear the official LVL UP Academy uniform for their class type.
Uniform orders can be placed at the front desk or online through our link.
Dance: Leotard, tights, and required dance shoes for each style (ballet slippers, jazz shoes, or sneakers for hip-hop).
Gymnastics: Gymnastics leotard; hair tied back; bare feet or gymnastics half-soles.
Music & Art: Comfortable, school-appropriate attire.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Yes. Please bring:
A labeled water bottle.
A nut-free snack for breaks.
Proper footwear and uniform for your class type.
For art classes: all supplies are provided by the academy.
What if my child misses a class?
Yes. We offer makeup classes. Makeups must be scheduled in advance and are subject to space in the class.
When is the recital?
Our end-of-year recital is typically held in late June. Participation is optional, but highly encouraged. Tickets must be purchased for family and friends attending, and costumes must also be purchased.
Are private lessons available?
Yes. Private lessons are available for dance, gymnastics, music, and art. Inquire at the front desk or via email for pricing and scheduling.
What is your payment and refund policy?
Tuition is due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is arranged. All fees are non-refundable once the semester begins. In the event of an injury or other approved circumstance, store credit will be issued for future classes or programs.
What is the drop-off and pick-up policy?
Students may arrive up to 10 minutes before class. Parents of children under 9 must come inside for pick-up.
